CERAMIC TUNGSTEN CARBIDE METAL CUT BLADE (MCB)
These premium quality metal saw blades feature precision welded, high quality Ceramic Tungsten Carbide Tips that transfer the heat generated by cutting to the chips created by the saw blade, allowing both the blade and material being cut to remain cool resulting in a 7x longer life versus standard carbide-tipped metal cutting saw blades. The "M" shaped tooth design features a kick-back prevention fin designed to clear the cutting area of material, further reducing heat and preventing kick-back when coming into contact with any obstructions. Additional advantages include zero burr production, less sparks, no dust, no burn marks and 6x faster cutting, cleaner cuts and no reduction in cutting diameter compared to cutting with a resin blade. For the 2 larger blades, using a cold cut metal saw enables a lower cutting speed and a lower cutting temperature with more covered protection for the user.
